Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the primary contact for large-scale, complex deployments, ensuring delivery within scope, timing, and budget. The role leads cross-functional teams and coordinates with customers to meet objectives per PMO standards.

You will plan, organize and manage end-to-end implementations, assess risks, develop status reports, and mentor junior staff while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work-related experience.
• 5+ years of related experience in project management and complex deployments.
• Experience updating timelines, detailed reports, and executive summaries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Excel for data gathering and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and manage implementation of activities for highly complex projects.
• Accountable for timely project completion and delivery.
• Analyze work plans and schedules and develop progress reports and exec summaries.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings; manage risks and keep stakeholders informed.
• Mentor and lead project team members to successful outcomes.
