Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for large-scale deployments. You will plan, organize, and manage customer implementations to meet scope, timing, and budget while guiding teams to successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing detailed plans, managing risks, and delivering status reports. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years PM experience are required, with strong MS Office skills and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3+ years of PM experience.
• Strong communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of highly complex projects.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and risks.
• Coordinate meetings and distribute minutes; track action items.
