Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; 7+ years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of project/program management experience; senior 5-8 years; Principal 10+ years.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical coordination point for complex projects and initiatives, potentially leading multiple projects at once.
• Ensure deliverables from business and technology partners are produced and approved on schedule.
• Manage allocated resources from various delivery partners, adhering to approved hours and scope.
• Mentor and provide feedback to team members to foster a high-functioning team in a matrixed environment.
• Lead large-scale, complex programs with multiple concurrent workstreams and own program integration.
• Lead high-visibility initiatives with significant executive exposure.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability in all project phases.
• Operate effectively in ambiguity and create structure where needed.
