Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management experience in health payer/healthcare environments.
• Healthcare payer domain experience (health plan, insurance, enrollment, benefits).
• Proven leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management across multiple teams.
• Experience delivering large, complex programs with several concurrent workstreams.
• Demonstrated ownership of program integration and dependency management.
• Experience delivering initiatives with executive visibility and governance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple high-complexity projects and programs, including concurrent workstreams.
• Serve as the technical coordination point across business and technology partners.
• Own integrated program plans, interdependencies, and risk management across workstreams.
• Ensure deliverables are produced, reviewed, and approved against schedules.
• Manage resources from multiple delivery partners within scope and hours.
• Establish governance forums, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Mentor team members and foster a high-performing culture in a matrixed environment.
