Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr Technical Project/Program Manager to lead planning and delivery of digital technology initiatives for a state health plan. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and drive schedules and releases while communicating progress to executives.

The role focuses on enterprise initiatives, provider portal enhancements, and continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in related Project Management roles or 7+ years if no degree.
• 3+ years delivering digital projects in insurance/healthcare/provider portals.
• Experience with enterprise initiatives and delivery teams.
• Leadership of complex technology projects from planning to implementation.
• PMP/Agile/SAFe preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery for digital initiatives with integrated plans and release timelines.
• Coordinate Agile, engineering, product, stakeholders, vendors, and enterprise programs.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions with escalation as needed.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and quality expectations are met.
• Manage resources, budgets, forecasts, and delivery constraints.
