The engagement focuses on payer-related initiatives such as claims, enrollment, and benefits administration, with significant executive exposure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management experience.
• Healthcare payer domain experience such as health plan, insurance, claims, enrollment, or benefits administration.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management with cross-functional teams.
• History of leading large-scale, complex programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Demonstrated ownership of program integration and dependency management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple high-complexity projects and programs, including concurrent workstreams.
• Serve as the technical coordination point across business and technology partners.
• Own integrated program plans, interdependencies, and risk management across workstreams.
• Ensure deliverables are produced, reviewed, and approved against agreed schedules.
• Manage resources from multiple delivery partners within approved hours and scope.
• Establish and run governance forums, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Mentor team members and foster a high-performing culture in a matrixed environment.
