You will work on advanced pipelines and tools to empower our art teams across multiple engines, helping to push the visual quality of our games. The role reports to the Technical Art Director and requires hands-on pipeline management, strong communication, and a passion for innovative technology in real-time rendering.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in the game industry with 4+ in a technical artist role.
• Shipped 1+ AAA title as Technical Artist.
• Experience developing pipelines with Substance Designer/ Painter or Houdini.
• Proficiency in Python, MEL, C#, or C++.
• Familiarity with Maya, Max, Blender or Modo.
• Portfolio showing your work and impact.
• Ability to present a clear vision and communicate across teams.
• Experience with multiple 3D game engines.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom workflows using scripts and tools for the art team.
• Maintain art pipelines by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
• Troubleshoot pipeline issues with the development team.
• Support technical art needs for client-facing projects and partner expectations.
• Facilitate technical art communication across disciplines with clear feedback.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to refine visual quality.
