Job summary

Signifyd is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager Support to act as the post-sales technical advisor for key Latin American merchants. You’ll coordinate with product, risk, marketing, and engineering to ensure timely integrations and expert technical support.

You will be the merchant’s primary technical contact, spanning SMB to Enterprise across Latin America. You will document processes, maintain CRM updates, and partner with customer success to deliver world-class service.

Qualifications

• Need strong API and JSON experience for integrations.
• Proficient in Python, PHP and web APIs.
• Experience with Looker, Postman, SQL, and Salesforce.
• 6 years of technical experience with SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Integrate merchants via OMS/eCommerce API integrations (VTEX, Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, NetSuite).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, risk, marketing and engineering.
• Escalate issues to Billing, Claims, and Implementations teams.
• Document and share best practices; maintain CRM onboarding updates.
• Train merchants on Signifyd Console and become SME across business areas.
