Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a Product Support Senior Representative to deliver technical and commercial support for customers, distributors, agencies, and sales teams across Mexico and Latin America.

You will bridge market needs with internal teams, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain. You will support the product lifecycle, including launches, technical documentation, training, troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance, while translating and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience providing technical support.
• Experience with lighting or electrical products.
• Knowledge of photometry, lighting standards, and regulations.
• Ability to interpret test reports and documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Project management experience and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers across Mexico and Latin America.
• Support product launches, training, documentation, and commercialization.
• Prepare specifications, test reports, photometric information, and documentation.
• Deliver technical training, webinars, and presentations.
• Troubleshoot issues with internal teams.
• Translate documentation into Spanish and maintain literature.
• Coordinate NOM certification processes.
• Collaborate on product management and marketing initiatives.
