Allure Security Talent Center seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager to be the trusted technical owner for key customers. You will ensure brands are protected, technology works as intended, and customers gain full value from the platform in a remote, full-time role.

This senior position requires technical fluency, strong communication, and a track record of managing strategic accounts. You will collaborate with security, product and engineering teams to deliver outcomes and drive customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role with enterprise accounts.
• Ability to manage strategic or enterprise customers independently.
• Technical fluency with REST APIs, SSO, SAML, OIDC and SaaS integrations.
• Working knowledge of DNS, domains and web fundamentals.
• Excellent communication to translate technical details into business language.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship for strategic customers from onboarding through renewal.
• Ensure protection across brands and channels including web, domains, social media, apps, and the dark web.
• Guide setup and integrations like APIs, SSO, and identity-management systems.
• Lead escalations with cross-functional teams including Security, Product and Engineering.
• Co-lead Quarterly Business Reviews with Customer Success by using data on coverage and resolution.
• Identify opportunities to expand protection to more brands or channels.
• Create scalable technical resources and customer education materials.
• Mentor teammates and share expertise across the Solutions organization.
