Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life-science or related field required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of combined sales or adjacent functional experience in bioproduction processes.
• Strong technical understanding of scientific workflows and applications.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel up to 50-75% within the territory.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
