Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to own engineering hiring across a global scope.

You’ll partner with senior stakeholders, represent our talent brand, and help scale critical engineering teams worldwide. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles, design and calibrate candidate assessments with engineering leadership, and use data to drive decisions to improve funnel health and hiring velocity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting focused on engineering.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into hiring strategies.
• Experience designing candidate assessments in collaboration with engineering leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles across the company and global scope.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping hiring strategy and role intakes.
• Set and uphold high standards for technical hiring and candidate assessments.
• Use data to drive decisions, track funnel health, and improve recruiting efficiency.
• Represent the company’s engineering talent brand and ensure a respectful recruiting process.
