Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering or similar technical roles.
• 5+ years in Dynatrace, ThousandEyes, Splunk, monitoring tools.
• 5+ years Java and Python experience.
• Hands-on automation, scripting, and workflow orchestration.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and CI/CD guidance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to support Application Operations Center and Post Production Validation.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement automation to reduce manual workload.
• Drive process innovation with advanced tools and methodologies for operations and validation.
• Develop SOPs and best-practice documentation.
• Oversee daily support and monitoring to ensure stability and reliability.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams for consistent adoption of new processes.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs for leadership.
• Ensure automation complies with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead knowledge sharing, training, and change management activities.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate progress on automation.
