Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive the transformation of our Site Reliability Engineering through AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and partners to advance our AIOps strategy, improve operational efficiency, and expand automation across the enterprise.

You will lead cross‑functional programs, guide strategic milestones, and mentor teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
5+ years of leadership experience in application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
Experience with testing practices, including unit testing and mocking.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

Lead transformation of the Site Reliability Engineering organization with AI-powered operations.
Partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and partners to advance AIOps strategy.
Drive automation capabilities across the enterprise and reduce toil within SRE.
Lead small teams to advance automation milestones and strategic program goals.
