Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or healthcare field.
• Certification in Six Sigma or SAFe.
• 5+ years of product or business management experience.
• 3+ years leading product delivery teams.
• 2+ years in a Primary Care setting.
• 2+ years as a super user or equivalent with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, backlog, and releases for EMR-related clinical ops workflows.
• Collaborate with agile teams and stakeholders to prioritize work and drive decisions.
• Coordinate with Providers, Medical Assistants, and Care Integration Team (CIT) on product needs.
• Manage liaising between IT/development resources and Business Owners/Product Management.
