Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a senior Product Owner/Manager to lead Service Operations across incident and knowledge management. You will own the product roadmap, write user stories, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver value.

The role emphasizes ServiceNow mastery and the successful deployment of AI-enabled service management capabilities. You will work remotely with occasional travel to Humana offices for training and meetings, while aligning with enterprise objectives and driving measurable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
12+ years of experience in product management or IT platform leadership.
Deep ServiceNow product experience including lifecycle management.
Experience leading incidents, knowledge or problem management capabilities.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Own the Service Operations product portfolio across Incident, Major Incident, Problem and Knowledge Management.
Drive ServiceNow platform enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and capabilities.
Lead backlog and feature definition, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
Align product strategy with business priorities, risks, and OKRs.
Evaluate generative/agentic AI, automation, and intelligent workflows to improve efficiency.
