Job summary

Humana seeks a Senior IT Professional – Medical Devices to coordinate the technology lifecycle and operational support of medical devices across Primary Care clinics. This role acts as the central tech point across clinic teams, enterprise IT, security, and vendors to ensure devices are implemented, maintained, and remediated with minimal disruption to patient care.

Responsibilities include leading device installations, managing risk remediation activities, and driving compliance with lifecycle

Qualifications

• Significant experience coordinating work across multiple technology teams and vendors.
• Strong problem-solving and incident-resolution skills from identification through closure.
• Experience with risk, vulnerability remediation, compliance, and change management processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical teams, leadership, and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in enterprise IT environments.
• Experience coordinating across clinic operations, infrastructure, and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technology coordination point for medical devices across clinics.
• Lead device installations, upgrades, and technology refresh activities across teams and vendors.
• Troubleshoot complex medical-device issues and drive resolution with cross-functional groups.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and third-party vendors for support and escalations.
• Ensure activities minimize disruption to clinic operations and patient care.
