Family Resource Home Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit caregivers for a fast-paced environment. This remote-friendly role focuses on high-volume hiring, maintaining an efficient ATS pipeline, and conducting multiple phone interviews daily to assess fit.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to meet hiring targets. The position supports caregivers recruitment, onboarding, and operational staff recruitment, with the talent team

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience hiring 40+ employees per month.
• Ability to provide examples of past performance goals/metrics and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting process from job posting to accepted offer.
• Maintain ATS pipeline and update stages.
• Screen resumes and perform 6–10 phone interviews per day.
• Coordinate offers and required documents with the team.
