Family Resource Home Care's Talent Acquisition team of 23 is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit caregivers for rapid, high-volume hiring in a remote-friendly setting. This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and coordinates from posting to offer.

The position offers remote work, a Pacific 8am-5pm schedule, and focuses on process optimization, candidate screening, and a strong ATS workflow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience hiring 40+ caregivers per month.
• Ability to provide examples of past performance metrics and outcomes.
• Manage ATS workflow and keep stages updated.

Responsabilités

• Manage the recruiting process from job posting to accepted offer.
• Screen resumes and conduct 6-10 phone interviews per day.
• Schedule and conduct video interviews with TA Lead.
• Obtain required signed documents prior to hire.
• Support hiring matrix and identify gaps in recruitment process.
• Use ATS to keep pipeline updated.
