Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our TA team of 23. This remote role focuses on recruiting caregivers to join our organization, handling high-volume hiring from posting to offers.

It requires strong time management and the ability to screen resumes and conduct 6–10 phone interviews daily while maintaining an efficient ATS workflow. Applicants should live in one of the United States states and be able to work the Pacific schedule, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume caregiver recruiting.
• Ability to conduct 6–10 phone interviews daily.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment from posting to accepted offers for caregivers.
• Maintain ATS pipeline and update stages accurately.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with TA Lead.
• Provide performance metrics and support improve hiring processes.
