Aleron is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for specialized and technical roles, with a nationwide focus on cleared engineers. This remote, contract/temporary-to-direct role partners with hiring managers to build talent pipelines and align recruiting programs with business goals.

Ideal candidates bring extensive defense/engineering recruiting experience, TS/SCI eligibility, and a strong ability to engage stakeholders.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 8 years filling defense-related engineering/technical openings within defense contractors such as Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics, Northrop Grumman, Boeing D&S, etc.
• Minimum 5 years filling engineering positions.
• Minimum 5 years filling positions that require TS, TS/SCI, TS/SCI w/Polygraph.

Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Temp to Direct

Schedule: 40 Hours/Week 1st Shift

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree
