Job summary

Bridge Defense is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Services, Corporate, and mission-critical functions, with emphasis on technical and cleared professionals for the national security community.

You will partner with HR, leadership, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and manage candidates from outreach to offer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of professional recruiting experience with technical talent.
• Experience managing full recruiting lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, closing).
• Experience proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage passive engineering candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
• Develop thoughtful, personalized candidate outreach reflecting the role, mission, and candidate experience.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess experience, technical fit, compensation expectations, location, and clearance requirements.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Partner with engineering leadership and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and teams.
• Drive efficient recruiting while preserving a strong candidate experience.
• Support offer development, candidate closing, and pre-employment transitions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in Rippling.
• Track recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, and outcomes.
• Support compensation and talent-market research for technical roles.
• Assist university recruiting and early-career programs.
