Job summary

Ardent is seeking a Recruiter to join our team for a remote, GovCon-focused role. You will manage full lifecycle recruitment for technical and professional roles supporting federal government programs, partnering with hiring managers to craft strategies and maintain candidate pipelines.

You will source via LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and referrals, screen and interview candidates, and coordinate offers and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience, including GovCon.
• Experience recruiting for federal government contracts.
• Experience sourcing for hard-to-fill positions.
• Familiar with ATS and recruiting platforms.
• Knowledge of federal government security clearance requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with hiring managers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Recruit for technical and professional roles supporting federal government contracts.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess fit.
• Source and engage candidates with government security clearances.
• Utilize Boolean search and other sourcing methods to identify candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with stakeholders.
• Prepare and extend offers and coordinate pre-employment steps with HR.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and track progress.
• Monitor recruiting activity and report on pipelines and progress.
• Support recruiting for new contract awards, recompetes, and proposals.
• Build relationships with passive talent for current and future hires.
• Represent Ardent at recruiting events and career fairs.
• Ensure compliant recruiting practices with policies and law.
