Job summary

CRL Technologies in Lexington Park, MD, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for cleared, billable roles in a fast-paced government-contracting environment. You will own candidate sourcing, manage relations with hiring managers, coordinate security clearances, and ensure ATS/req hygiene, reporting to the HR Director.

This on-site role offers a salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 with a commission structure, and requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in cleared or GovCon environments.
• Hands-on sourcing and closing at volume.
• Experience with LCATs and clearance processes.
• Ability to manage many concurrent requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for cleared, billable positions as an individual contributor.
• Proactively source and raise qualified yield beyond inbound applicants.
• Maintain strong hiring-manager relationships and visible pipeline.
• Coordinate with Security/FSO on clearances and ensure ATS/req hygiene.
• Hit time-to-fill targets by clearance level.
