Kinaxis is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support its global Sales organization in a remote, US/Canada-ready role. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping talent strategies, anticipating hiring needs, and building pipelines that enable rapid growth.

You will partner with Sales leaders to identify future talent needs, develop proactive recruiting strategies, and oversee end-to-end recruitment to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or talent advisory roles, preferably supporting commercial organizations in a high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to build credibility and influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing, talent engagement, and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Sales leaders and act as a strategic advisor on talent needs, workforce planning, and hiring strategy.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across a variety of Sales functions and levels.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Guide leaders through interview design, assessment, and offer stages.
• Monitor external talent market trends and provide insights to business leaders.
