DIRECTV is seeking a Sr. Partner, Talent Acquisition to lead full-cycle recruitment for executive and specialized roles across the enterprise.

You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, drive strategy, and partner with HR, compensation, and legal to deliver a high-touch, equitable hiring experience. You will own the candidate journey from intake to close, proactively source passive candidates, and maintain an always-on talent bench while ensuring data-driven decisions and brand

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruiting, executive search, or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to lead complex compensation negotiations.
• Strong relationships with senior hiring managers and executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high-stakes conversations.
• Experience partnering with HR, compensation, and legal.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end executive and leadership searches.
• Lead intake with hiring managers to define role scope and strategy.
• Proactively source through diverse channels and networks.
• Negotiate offers and close with market-competitive packages.
• Provide regular pipeline updates and data-driven insights.
• Represent DIRECTV as a brand ambassador throughout the process.
• Collaborate with HR, compensation, and legal to ensure compliant processes.
