Job summary

Applied Systems is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead hiring for our Product organization. You will partner with Product leadership to develop talent strategies, build pipelines for Product Management, Operations, Design and Leadership, and drive a scalable, high-quality recruiting process.

The role focuses on advising leaders, leveraging market insights, and implementing proactive sourcing to fill critical roles across Product functions and levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a technology environment.
• Proven partnerships with Product leaders and data-driven decision making.
• Experience implementing scalable recruiting processes.
• Strong sourcing for competitive Product roles.
• Experience with workforce planning discussions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product leaders as a trusted recruiting advisor and shape hiring priorities.
• Manage full lifecycle for Product roles from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop proactive recruiting strategies for Product Management, Operations, Design, and Leadership.
• Advise on market conditions, compensation trends, and talent availability.
• Lead data-driven outreach to engage passive Product candidates.
• Use metrics to assess pipeline health, time-to-fill, and effectiveness.
• Improve recruiting processes for efficiency and stakeholder experience.
• Maintain data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to TA function improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Leadership and HR partners to achieve hiring outcomes.
