D&G Solutions is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-lifecycle recruiting for highly skilled, cleared professionals supporting DoD, IC, and space programs. You will partner with leadership and program teams to fill mission-critical technical and engineering roles across fast-moving contracts and proposals.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in DoD or cleared environments, excels at passive talent sourcing, and can manage sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in DoD, IC, aerospace, or cleared environments.
• Strong familiarity with defense acquisition environments, labor categories, FAR/DFARS constraints, and proposal-driven timelines.
• Proven ability to identify and engage passive, hard-to-find technical talent.
• Discretion handling sensitive information and advising senior leadership.

Aufgaben

• Source and engage cleared, hard-to-fill technical talent using advanced sourcing strategies.
• Translate defense labor categories into targeted recruiting plans.
• Conduct detailed screening for technical alignment and clearance eligibility.
• Support rapid-turn proposal staffing with contingent and key-personnel identification.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation, talent availability, and clearance timelines.
• Manage candidates and requisitions within ATS.
