Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to support our Cyber & Analytics Business Area within the Intelligence Community market, focused on attracting highly skilled cleared professionals with TS/SCI and polygraph clearances. You will partner with program leadership to develop and execute recruiting strategies across AI/ML, cyber, software, and systems engineering domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting technical professionals within the Intelligence Community, DoD, or National Security market.
• Experience sourcing TS/SCI with polygraphs, preferably within Fort Meade market.
• Strong knowledge of full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, candidate engagement, and onboarding.
• Proven ability to build and maintain networks and pipelines of highly qualified passive technical candidates.
• Excellent communication, relationship-management, and consultative skills with the ability to influence and partner with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruiting across multiple programs, from intake to onboarding.
• Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies for cleared technical talent (software engineering, cyber, AI/ML, systems engineering, DevOps, cloud, SIGINT).
• Identify and engage TS/SCI and polygraph-cleared candidates using multiple sourcing channels.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and hiring leaders to translate requirements into actionable recruiting plans.
• Build pipelines and relationships with passive candidates in the Fort Meade intelligence market.
• Support business growth efforts by developing staffing strategies ahead of contract requirements.
