Job summary

Pueo Business Solutions LLC in McLean, VA is seeking a Senior Recruiter with 5–8 years to lead full-lifecycle recruiting for cleared DoD/IC contracts. You will source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and close, partnering with program managers and capture teams to support proposals under tight deadlines and strict compliance.

Experience recruiting for cleared roles (Secret–TS/SCI/Poly) and technical areas (cyber, software, data, systems) is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with government contractors/IC/DoD
• Experience recruiting for cleared positions (Secret through TS/SCI/Poly) and technical roles
• Knowledge of clearance types, reciprocity, and adjudication timelines
• Familiarity with contract labor categories (LCATs) and mapping to requirements/pricing
• Experience supporting proposal/capture recruiting is a strong plus
• Proficiency with ATS (Paylocity) and sourcing tools
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for cleared and technical roles across active and pursuit contracts
• Translate contract labor categories (LCATs) and SOW requirements into sourcing strategies
• Source passive candidates through IC/DoD channels (cleared boards, referrals, events, LinkedIn)
• Screen candidates for technical qualifications and clearance status/adjudication history
• Support proposal and capture by pre-qualifying candidates for bids
• Maintain compliant candidate data in the ATS, including clearance status and investigation dates
• Build long-term pipelines for recurring labor categories
• Advise hiring managers on market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and time-to-fill
