Qualifications

• 8+ years of systems engineering experience in production environments.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services and monitoring tools.
• Strong Linux/Unix and Windows administration skills.
• Proficient in Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Hands-on with IaC and CI/CD pipelines; Git and GitHub Actions experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operation support for complex cloud-based systems.
• Develop solutions for routine technical problems and document issues.
• Monitor outages, restore system operation, and implement workarounds.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain system assets inventory and ensure VA security compliance.
• Document configurations and procedures; support on-call production duties.
