Supportwave is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for a 12-month full-time remote contract. You will deliver robust systems engineering solutions in a distributed environment, focusing on device management, IAM, and cloud infrastructure to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities include administering Jamf Pro for endpoint management, designing MDM solutions, implementing IAM/IdP, and overseeing cloud services, with emphasis on security and reliability in a remote work setting.

Qualifications

• Jamf Pro experience is required.
• Experience in Systems Engineering / IT Infrastructure.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) / IdP.
• Experience with Cloud Computing / Cloud Services.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Jamf Pro for endpoint management.
• Design and maintain MDM solutions for secure deployment and compliance.
• Implement and manage IAM/IdP systems for secure auth and access.
• Oversee cloud services infrastructure to support scalable operations.
• Perform systems engineering and IT infrastructure tasks including monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate security best practices and maintain reliability in a remote setting.
