Job summary

The Bancorp is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer - Infrastructure to join a remote-friendly team supporting hybrid on-prem and cloud infrastructure across Windows Server, VMware, AWS and Azure. You will design, implement, and operate enterprise infrastructure with a focus on identity, security, and resiliency.

The role emphasizes automation via PowerShell and close collaboration with development teams to enable reliable application delivery.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure environments.
Strong Windows Server expertise and hybrid environment experience.
Familiarity with modern identity and authentication technologies, automation, security, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, support, and optimize enterprise infrastructure spanning Windows Server, VMware virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
Strengthen identity, security, and resiliency across Active Directory and Microsoft Entra through modern authentication technologies, infrastructure hardening, and disaster recovery planning.
Advance automation through PowerShell and emerging technologies, and partner with development teams on DevOps practices that ensure reliable application delivery.
