Job summary

Celestica International LP seeks a Senior Systems Engineer & Engineering Team Lead to define the technical foundation, architect advanced power solutions, and lead a multidisciplinary design team in a remote-friendly role.

You will own the end-to-end systems engineering lifecycle, translate MRDs into requirements, oversee MV/LV power distribution, and drive verification, FAT, and field commissioning to ensure safe, reliable, and scalable data center infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Master's in Electrical/Systems Engineering preferred.
• Professional Engineer license highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary design team (electrical, mechanical, controls/software).
• Establish engineering workflows, design standards, and peer reviews.
• Coordinate with Project Management to assign resources and schedules.
• Translate MRDs into system-level requirements and ICDs.
• Oversee architecture of 3-phase MV/LV power distribution and interfaces.
• Develop FAT protocols and field commissioning guidelines.
