Qualifications

• 8+ years in heavy industrial power systems design, power generation, utility-scale renewables, or data center infrastructure engineering.
• ~3+ years in a formal technical leadership or engineering management role leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience bringing modular or containerized capital equipment from concept to manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s or PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary design team including electrical, mechanical, and controls engineers.
• Define and govern engineering workflows, design standards, and peer-review processes.
• Coordinate resources and schedules with project management to hit delivery milestones.
