Celestica International LP is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer & Engineering Team Lead to define the technical foundation, architect next-generation power solutions, and lead a multidisciplinary design team. This remote role owns the end-to-end systems engineering lifecycle, translating MRDs into system-level requirements and driving MV power distribution architectures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Master’s degree in Electrical/Systems Engineering and/or PE license is preferred.
• 8+ years in heavy industrial power systems design or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership and mentor a multidisciplinary design team.
• Define system requirements, interfaces, and verification protocols.
• Lead architecture for multi-MW modular infrastructure and MV systems.
• Coordinate resources and design schedules with Project Management.
• Ensure design for manufacturability, transportability, and field installability.
