Job summary

Businessolver is seeking a Business Analyst to gather requirements, analyze data, and design/ configure HRIS and benefits systems. You will lead client discussions, coordinate across IT and Product teams, and help drive system testing and documentation.

The role emphasizes process standardization and ongoing improvements within a collaborative, client-focused environment. The position offers an annual bonus plan and a comprehensive benefits package, with opportunities to influence benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits, insurance, and/or carrier systems and processes.
• Familiarity with Benefitsolver preferred; conceptual understanding or prior experience is highly valued.
• Excel expertise including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Concatenate functions.
• Experience leveraging SQL, programming, and database experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, perform analysis, and design/configure systems.
• Lead discovery discussions and document with clients.
• Collaborate across multiple projects with diverse resources to meet timelines.
• Document data types, regulations, mappings, and conversion needs.
• Facilitate communication between clients, implementation teams, and stakeholders to meet goals.
• Participate in product enhancements for design and testing.
• Coordinate with IT and Product Development to test systems and validate bugs.
• Maintain system and instructional documentation for internal and external use.
• Identify deficiencies in implementation plans and schedule conflicts.
• Engage in business process standardization and re-engineering.
