Job summary

PEHP Health & Benefits, a division of the Utah Retirement Systems, seeks an Administrative Systems Analyst to support the benefits platforms and configuration changes within HealthRules Payor and HealthRules Care Manager. The role emphasizes analysis, testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a government environment.

You will assist with test scripts, production releases, and data-driven improvements while upholding confidentiality and deadlines.

Qualifications

High school diploma with 4+ years of health plan analysis or system configuration experience.
Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS/Business or related field preferred.
Experience with HealthRules Payor and HealthRules Care Manager preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in evaluating benefits configuration for new and existing plans.
Analyze explanation of benefits documents and master policies for correct implementation.
Prepare test scripts and regression test cases to validate configurations.
Help organize production releases to reduce migration conflicts.
Support data analysis to optimize benefits design and reporting.
Maintain documentation and communicate updates to management.
