Responsibilities

• Assist partners, analysts and managers to analyze requirements and provide solutions for enhancements to applications.
• Use process modeling, data modeling, information engineering and sampling to ensure concise requirements.
• Define best-fit implementation methodology based on best practices.
• Maintain knowledge of current SDLC tools, testing methodologies, and emerging trends in app development.
• Mentor System Analysts and others on the project team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to minimize customer impact during changes.
• Challenge status quo and rethink processes, structures, policies, methodologies, and assumptions for the System Analyst role.
