Renaissance Life & Health Insurance Company of America seeks a Manager, People Operations in Indianapolis to lead daily HR operations and continuously improve employee programs and services. You will oversee benefits administration, compensation, employee relations, records, and compliance, partnering with leaders to align programs with business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in People Operations with Employee Relations and/or Benefits Administration.
Knowledge of federal and state regulations affecting employee benefits, relations, and LOA policies.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with Benefits Administration and LOA processing.
Experience with multi-state employers and state leave laws.
SHRM-CP designation preferred.
