Job summary

Keep Simple seeks a senior Systems Analyst to lead modernization of Annuity, Life Reinsurance, and PAM solutions. You will bridge complex regulatory needs and scalable technical implementations, documenting solutions with stakeholders and support teams to ensure growth and stability.

In this hybrid/remote role, you will own requirements, design blueprints, and oversee quality with rigorous testing and comprehensive documentation across the organization, enabling robust, scalable systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
5–10 years of professional IT experience with complex enterprise systems.
Proven track record in technical analysis and integration projects in financial services.
Deep experience with SQL Server, advanced SQL querying, ETL, and data integration.
Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies and user story definition.
Cloud experience (AWS preferred; Azure a plus).
Knowledge of web frameworks and integration platforms (SOA, Informatica).
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and web server configurations.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary bridge between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
Translate complex financial processes into clear functional requirements.
Provide design recommendations and maintain enterprise integration blueprints.
Support testing and document applications and systems for stability.
