Job summary

Check Point Software is seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to provide advanced technical support for enterprise customers, including installations, maintenance, and education. The role involves interacting with engineers and management, coordinating resolutions, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Remote opportunity with occasional travel to LATAM and international sites. Relevant TAC experience and deep knowledge of firewalls, TCP/IP, and cloud platforms are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Remote opportunity.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in TAC environments (TAM/Hi-Touch Support/CFTS Engineer or similar).
• Experience with enterprise-grade firewalls.
• Solid exposure to TCP/IP/switching/routing protocols.
• Working knowledge of TCP DUMP and Wireshark.
• Cloud platform experience (GCP/AWS/Azure) a plus.
• Linux commands/shell scripts.
• DNS, DHCP, IPSEC knowledge.
• AAA, Digital Certificates, Active Directory familiarity.
• Core dump/kernel panic analysis experience.
• Ability to manage high-value accounts and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with technical support through analytical skills, installations, maintenance, and documenting in support of the customer's environment.
• Interface with clients at engineer and management levels; collaborate in a close-knit team; multi-task and be flexible.
• Occasional travel to customer sites in Latin America and abroad.
• Own customer-reported network issues and assist in rapid restoration and resolution.
• Reproduce customer issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolutions.
• Manage customer expectations and resolutions of technical issues in a timely manner.
• Support Service Managers with high-profile escalations.
• Develop and maintain troubleshooting skills on Check Point products and technologies.
