Job summary

Check Point Software Technologies in the Dallas area is seeking a Technical Account Manager to provide advanced technical support, coordinate client deployments, and drive successful resolutions across our security products.

The role requires fluent Portuguese and English, 5–8 years in TAC/TAM roles, enterprise firewall experience, and strong networking skills. Remote work is offered with travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Remote opportunity.
• 5-8 years of relevant TAC experience (TAM/Hi-Touch/CFTS or similar).
• Prior experience with enterprise-grade firewalls.
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, switching, and routing.
• Working knowledge of TCP Dump and Wireshark.
• Cloud platform experience (GCP, AWS, Azure) a plus.
• Working knowledge of Linux commands/shell scripts.
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IPSEC.
• Understanding of AAA, Digital Certificates, Active Directory.
• Experience with core dump/kernel panic analysis.
• Ability to manage high-value accounts and communicate with stakeholders.
• Self-Learner.
• Excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with technical support through analytical skills and documentation.
• Interface with clients at engineer and management levels in a team setting.
• Occasional travel to customer sites in Latin America and abroad.
• Take ownership of customer-reported network issues and assist in rapid resolution.
• Reproduce issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Support Service Managers for high-profile escalations.
• Develop and maintain troubleshooting skills on Check Point products and related technologies.
