Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical role related to Solutions Engineering.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with large organizations.
• Experience with implementing B2B products in large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for prospects.
• Partner with Customer Success for customer onboarding.
• Develop technical documentation and guides.
• Support product configuration for customer implementations.
• Feed feedback to Product and Engineering.
