Job summary

Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager based at our Bridgeton, MO facility with the option for in-person or remote work. You will lead compliance efforts across procurement, sourcing, and supplier management, ensuring adherence to FAR/DFARS and CPSR expectations.

Responsibilities include developing policies, guiding leadership, and coordinating training and audits to uphold government and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
• 8+ years in supply chain, procurement, or compliance in DoD contractor environments.
• Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements, CPSR expectations.
• Experience supporting cross-functional compliance programs.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CFCM, or NCMA-accredited credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead review, maintenance, and monitoring of Purchasing System and MMAS for policy adherence.
• Provide guidance on FAR/DFARS as they relate to subcontracting and supplier management.
• Review, draft, and coordinate implementation of supply chain compliance policies, processes, procedures, and tools.
• Support material basis of estimate inputs for proposals ensuring data accuracy and Estimating System compliance.
• Drive cross-functional compliance programs across Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
