Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• 8+ years in supply chain, procurement, or compliance in DoD contractor environments.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements and CPSR expectations.
• Experience supporting cost/pricing estimates for proposals and Estimating System compliance.
• Experience leading or supporting cross-functional compliance programs.
• Strong written and oral communication; attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• CPSM/CFCM certifications preferred; ITAR/EAR familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead review and monitoring of supply chain systems, ensuring policy adherence and risk identification.
• Advise senior leaders on complex FAR/DFARS regulatory applications to subcontracting and sourcing.
• Develop and coordinate supply chain compliance policies, flow-down clauses, and supplier requirements.
• Support material cost/price data validation for proposals in line with Estimating System rules.
• Drive cross-functional compliance programs across procurement and supplier management.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders on compliance, including audits.
• Oversee training modules on supply chain and purchasing system compliance.
• Generate key reports from multiple data sources to support leadership decisions.
• Maintain audit trails and compliance files per government regulations.
• Lead internal and external audits of the Purchasing System; drive CAPs to closure.
• Support ongoing monitoring activities, self-assessments, supplier audits, and CPSR readiness.
• Translate regulatory changes into actionable policy updates and guidance.
• Mentor junior compliance staff on regulatory requirements.
