Leonardo DRS, Inc. seeks a Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager based in Bridgeton, MO, with an option for remote work. You will lead internal controls to ensure DFARS/MMAS compliance across procurement and supplier management, reporting to senior leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or compliance in DoD contractor environments.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements and CPSR expectations.
• Experience supporting material cost/pricing estimates for proposals.
• Experience leading or supporting cross-functional compliance programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel as required.
• CPSM, CFCM, or NCMA credentials preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead review and monitoring of supply chain systems including Purchasing System and MMAS.
• Provide guidance on FAR/DFARS regulations to procurement teams.
• Draft and coordinate implementation of supply chain compliance policies and controls.
• Support development of BOE inputs for customer proposals and cost data.
• Drive cross-functional compliance programs across procurement.
• Serve as primary compliance interface with stakeholders and customers on compliance matters.
• Coordinate training on supply chain and purchasing system compliance.
• Generate reports and metrics to support leadership decisions.
• Maintain compliance files and audit trails per regulations.
• Lead internal and external audits of Purchasing System.
• Support CPSR readiness and supplier audits.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update policies accordingly.
• Mentor junior staff on regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to company goals by improving purchasing efficiency.
• Support alignment of purchasing with overall company strategy.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
