Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline with +12 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience supporting transmission and distribution substation projects.
• Experience with electrical engineering principles, utility infrastructure, and power delivery systems.
• Experience leading engineering tasks, reviewing technical deliverables, and coordinating project teams.
• Experience with IEEE, NESC, and NEC standards.
• Experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation, ETAP, Aspen, CAPE or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel periodically for project, client, and team needs.

Responsabilités

• Lead transmission and distribution substation projects for utility, renewable energy, and industrial clients.
• Provide technical oversight for substation upgrades, expansions, brownfield and greenfield projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to deliver on schedule and within budget.
• Support project planning, resource coordination, technical reviews, and execution activities.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with other disciplines to improve technical outcomes.
