Job summary

Trove Group Inc is seeking an experienced business operations leader to own the operating rhythm across the business unit. This remote/hybrid role focuses on aligning cross-functional teams, planning sessions, and executive communications to drive measurable execution.

You will develop governance, dashboards, and processes that boost efficiency, partner with senior leaders to manage OKRs and KPIs, and mentor teams while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Program Management, Consulting, Chief of Staff, or related leadership roles.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing decisions across functions.
• Experience designing and scaling business processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic operating rhythm for the business unit with MBRs, QBRs, and leadership offsites.
• Develop and improve operating mechanisms, governance, and processes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution and remove roadblocks.
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and visibility into KPIs, OKRs, risks, and execution.
• Advance people operations, onboarding, and scalable collaboration practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
