Job summary

Kong Inc. seeks a seasoned Revenue Operations Leader to partner with the American GTM leadership team. You’ll define, track, and implement AMER business objectives, initiatives, strategies, tactics, and processes that scale for a hyper‑growth sales team.

This role blends hands‑on execution with strategic planning in a data‑driven environment. Remote in the United States and Canada, you’ll collaborate across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to optimize

Qualifications

• Experience with full-funnel GTM strategy and operations.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; data-driven mindset.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership and execute.
• 5–8 years of relevant business experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual AMS GTM planning, including budgeting and quota setting.
• Design and implement AMS GTM structure across Sales, SE, CS, and more.
• Provide visibility on pipeline health, forecasting, and metrics via BI tools.
• Oversee CRM accuracy, deal velocity, and regional reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Legal and other teams to drive change.
